Ali Ryerson is coming to Northern Virginia!

Do you want to know how to better play jazz when it is written in flute solo, ensemble or flute choir music? What is the correct way to articulate and what do those markings mean? The Woodbridge Flute Choir in collaboration with The Frederick Flute Choir has invited internationally known jazz flutist, Ali Ryerson to come and work with us and you’re invited!

Ali will conduct masterclasses with the Woodbridge Flute Choir from 10:00-11:00AM and then with the Frederick Flute Choir from 11:00-Noon on pieces they will later play that afternoon. This will take place at the Greenwich Presbyterian Church 15305 Vint Hill Road, Nokesville, VA 20181.
